You also can't use Zembrin as flexibly, at least unless you can get hold of the raw extract powder. 25-50mg dose makes me calm (but not tired), focused and full of energy (but not jittery or over stimulated), happy, more emphatic, etc The effects last almost a whole day. I have always suffered from anxiety disorders and depression. Has anyone taken Zembrin for longer than 2 months? Curious as SSRI alternative What was your experience? Scott seemed to have a positive opinion of it, but all his comments are >2 years old. In addition I can find many examples of people having dramatically positive effects in the first few days but no examples of people taking it for 2-6 months. Definitely is a potent ssri that feels much different to traditional pharma.
